We designed the Tycho for breathability and softness, choosing a premium blend of 80% Cotton and 20% Polyester. This combination creates an incredibly fine and light fabric with a weight of just 140 g/m2, making it perfect for warmer weather or layering. We want you to love your Poet by Poet shirt as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered. 30-day returns & exchanges – Plenty of time to wear it, wash it once, and decide. Change of mind? No worries. Return or exchange for a different size/style if it’s unworn, unwashed, and still has the tags attached. Faulty or incorrect item? We’ll take care of return shipping and send you a fresh one, on us. Made in Brazil, shipped from Australia – all returns come back to our Aussie warehouse (pre-paid label included for Aussie customers). Simply log into your account, start the return here, or shoot us an email at contact@poetbypoet.au and we’ll sort it in a flash.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
